As the Manager of a 200-person industrial construction company, I support the proposed mine project and the economic opportunities it could bring to our region.

Our company employs a highly skilled workforce of qualified tradespeople and industrial professionals who have experience supporting large-scale industrial projects across Canada. Unfortunately, due to limited local opportunities, we often need to pursue work in other regions of the country to keep our workforce fully engaged. This means local talent and expertise are frequently leaving the area to support projects elsewhere.

The proposed mine would create an opportunity to utilize and retain this skilled workforce closer to home. Local companies have the capacity, experience, and qualified personnel to support many aspects of the project's construction, operation, and ongoing maintenance.
