Welseyville NPP

It would be excellent to see a nuclear power project in Northumberland county. We've been manufacturing fuel for reactors for decades and this is the next logical step to support transitioning Ontario to a clean energy economy. Also, the current operators of NPP in Ontario do an excellent job supporting the environment and local nature and take reasonability for their sites and surrounding areas. Something that cant always be said for other energy sources. 

I think back to nuclear towns such a Deep River and the opportunities that became available to the local residents because of the developing nuclear industries. The high tech jobs, the predictability and stability it creates for the local towns and furthering allowing the province to more towards clean energy independence are all attributes that this sort of facility would provide.
