Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

June 25, 2025 – Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination  PSPC is inviting public comments until July 25, 2025 respecting that determination.
